Logistics Manager

  • Lead and administer all equipment for assigned facilities in accordance with company equipment standards to ensure company standards and goals are met.
  • Implement department objectives and strategies to maintain an effective equipment program that assures the utilization of vehicle assets.
  • Design, plan and manage projects' logistics function, which may include but is not limited to  construction mobilization and site services
  • Planning, organizing, processing, and controlling the complete flow of materials, equipment, services and information associated with the project
  • Act as a technical advisor to field equipment personnel to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Schedule equipment maintenance to coordinate with needs of operations for all assigned equipment.
  • Ensure maintenance activities provide reliable, cost-effective, and driver acceptable equipment on a timely basis.
  • Assist management team with final equipment budgets and potential equipment purchases in order to meet construction needs
  • Maintain communications with local equipment dealers and appropriate vendors to ensure that dealer support, repair decisions, costs and warranty recovery meet expectations.
  • Ensures safe and reliable assets are available to meet operational requirements.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering  Min 15 years of experience  Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systemsEffective communication and people management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment
