RUSHBRUSH, INC. is expanding and therefore looking for a highly enthusiastic, eager-to-learn, and team player Maintenance Administrator (Data Entry)
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain accurate repair process documentation
- Ensure efficient repair order fulfillment and communication
Duties:
- Repair Process Management:
- Update Maintenance tickets to track the repair progress.
- Provide daily reports with status of repair tickets, including delayed cases and completed repairs to the direct manager.
- Receiving and Quality Control:
- Inspect incoming deliveries, identifying defective or refused items
- Shipping and Documentation:
- Create AWBs for repaired products to be shipped, including COD information if applicable.
- Package repaired items for shipment to support the Fulfillment team
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments of repaired products.
- Record all interactions with customers, Aramex, and internal teams, along with any inventory movement related to repairs.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Respond to inquiries from customer service regarding repairs and provide status updates.
- Prepare daily report to Finance team about the received and shipped AWBs and the recorded CODs of repaired products
- Reporting to Tracking Advisor with Aramex special cases
- Assist the packing team to ensure secure packaging of repaired items.
- Support colleagues with various tasks as required by business needs
- Execute any tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Knowledge:A bachelor’s degree is required.From 0 to 1 year of experience in the same field.Good command of English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Google SheetsSkills:Good communication skills (written or verbal).Excellent organizational skills.Multitasking skills.Time management skills.Ability/Attitude:Goal-oriented.Deadline-oriented.Team Player.
