- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
- Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements
- keep employees records up to date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion
- Manage job postings, screens applicants, manage job applicants to fill job openings
- Schedule shortlisted candidates for interviews with business leaders
- Follow up with employees contracts, resignations, and hiring documents to ensure that employees’ files are complete and accurate
- Navigates and manages data within the time and attendance system
- Processes data related to current employees with respect to Human Resources Forms: Justifications, Leaves, Voluntary Separations, etc
- Prepare weekly and monthly attendance
- Work on the attendance Deductions
- Support all personnel activities.
- Assist with other HR functions if needed
English: . Good. Education: Related, and HR Diploma is preferable. Proficient in using Microsoft office(word, excel, PowerPoint, etc..) , good communication, and Presentation Skills. Excellent communication and people skills. Reporting Skills.
