The Operations Specialist's main objective is to be responsible for pursue sound system for different clients from several business models. you will also play a role in ensuring our operation capabilities are continuously evolving to meet the ongoing needs of the business.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or requests related to music services and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Set up necessary hardware and software components, including integration with existing client systems
- Assist in onboarding new clients by understanding their existing sound system and the compatible device to pair.
- Coordinate with IT representative to ensure all necessary software and hardware are functioning correctly and are up-to-date.
- installing our software on different operating systems and ensure its running good
- Diagnose and address technical problems swiftly, providing solutions to maintain system performance and client satisfaction.
- Document and Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service changes, and operational procedures.
- Travel to client locations across Egypt to install and configure the company's music software, ensuring it operates correctly and meets client requirements.
1-3 years of experience in operations management , technical support or related Role.Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks efficiently, including scheduling and coordinating site visits and installations.Strong organizational skills to handle travel logistics, client appointments, and installation timelines effectively.Excellent reporting skills with the ability to generate clear and detailed reports on installations, client feedback, and system performance.Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets and generate reports.Basic understanding of software installation and troubleshooting, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.Willingness to travel within Egypt to client sites for installations and support, with the ability to manage travel logistics independently.
