RPA Developer

Job Purpose

The Technical Consultant Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer UiPath will develop, implement, and maintain Robotic Process Automations using the RPA technology platform. This role supports the Digital Efficiency agenda of Alfanar's digital transformation strategy

Functional Accountabilities

UiPath Development

• Develop and participate in the implementation of RPA systems to achieve time savings, cost savings, and process enhancements.
• Investigate, analyze, and set up automated processes using UiPath RPA technologies and tools to maximize efficiency for a business model.
• Develop standard and efficient RPA Bot scripts in coordination with business teams, highlighting dependencies using industry best practices and frameworks.
• Build high-quality code and reusable components using UiPath, following modular programming and architecture design to meet business requirements and delivery schedules.
• Integrate data from various back-end web services and databases by coordinating effectively with the Business Analyst and creating codes as per guidelines.

Technical Assessments

• Perform technical analysis, technical scoping, and development estimates for business requirements with accurate effort estimates and low-level design.
• Assist in the preparation of project plans for activities within a given project framework, including defining technical project scope and preparing work plans.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Advocate for the appropriate use of development and related best practices.
• Oversee the quality of deliverables (including design, code, and development reviews) and follow stipulated change control processes and release/transport management schedules.
• Ensure that functional and technical designs comply with the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and implement quality solutions across the application landscape that are maintainable, leveraging reuse as appropriate.

Solution Documentation

• Produce high-quality technical documents on all developments and customizations within defined deadlines, ensuring documentation standards and templates are followed.

Post Go-Live Support

• Resolve production incidents during the support and maintenance phase within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure system stability and customer satisfaction.
