This is a full-time on-site role as a Retail Stores Operations Manager located in Cairo. The Retail Stores Operations Manager will oversee daily store operations and improve overall efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities include managing inventory, supervising staff, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, and should be able to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience in retail management or a related field
Demonstrated ability to manage inventory, analyze sales data, and develop effective sales strategies
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with financial management, budgeting, and cost control
