We're seeking a dynamic Senior Customer Care Specialist to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction.

  • Customer Interaction:
    • Efficiently handle customer inquiries and complaints through various channels (in-person, phone, email).
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
    • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Contract Management:
    • Process and record contracts accurately and timely.
    • Maintain up-to-date contract databases.
    • Deliver contracts to clients and explain contract terms.
    • Follow up on delayed payments and handle contract termination procedures as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Prepare and submit daily productivity reports.
    • Coordinate with the department manager for scheduling and resource allocation.
    • Create monthly overseas contract reports.
  • Client Support:
    • Conduct client meetings to provide project updates.
    • Respond to inquiries from hotline clients.

Minimum of four years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the real estate industry.Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage contracts and databases accurately.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
