Delivery Officer

Managing the Delivery Representatives Team:

  • Organize work schedules and monitor representatives' performance.
  • Ensure fair distribution of tasks and coverage areas.

Coordinating and Organizing Delivery Operations:

  • Plan daily delivery routes in advance.
  • Monitor delivery movement in real-time and intervene when necessary to resolve issues.

Performance Monitoring and Quality Assurance:

  • Monitor representatives' performance in terms of speed and accuracy of deliveries.
  • Handle customer complaints and work quickly to resolve them.

Report Preparation:

  • Prepare periodic reports on team and delivery performance.
  • Provide suggestions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Maintain continuous communication with the team and other internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate with the customer service department to resolve any delivery-related issues.

Educational Qualifications:Preferably hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.Experience:Previous experience in managing delivery teams or logistics.Skills in planning, organization, and time management.Personal Skills:Strong leadership and administrative abilities.Excellent communication skills.Ability to handle pressure and make quick decisions.Technical Skills:Proficiency in using delivery and logistics management software.Good knowledge of office applications (such as Excel and Word).Additional Requirements:Proficiency in the English language is preferred.Ability to travel and flexibility in working hours.
