Role Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Process Specialist will be responsible for leading the efforts to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment process for _VOIS globally. This includes understanding regional nuances, identifying and implementing standard work and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the global recruitment process working with _VOIS CoEs to support
- Develop and maintain global recruitment policies and procedures
- Lead the implementation of technology solutions to improve the recruitment process on a global level, aligned with Group HR IT strategy. Ensure these systems are embedded into _VOIS with TA processes updated for the new system, including measuring adoption of new and existing tools
- Develop and implement recruiter development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of recruiters
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and process excellence on a global level.
- Provide guidance and support to recruiters and other stakeholders about recruitment process across the global.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in HR
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify global trends and areas for improvement
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and global recruitment marketing a plus.
