- Review tender documents and study scope of work and supplement; understand and analyse documents (drawings, specifications, B.O.Q,) and raise tender queries.
- Create B.O.Qs and quantity survey drawings.
- Create supplier's and contractor's databases.
- Estimate costs for materials, labour, and equipment needed for projects.
- Prepare the direct-cost sheet and detailed Project Budget.
- Prepare and submit tender proposals on time.
2 - 5 years of experience in finishing and fit-out (Residential and Commercial projects) especially in "KSA projects".Bachelor’s degree in architecture/civil engineering or similar degree.Good communication skills.
