- Implement all relevant HSE laws, ASJC Safety Procedures, and International standards ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 within industrial refrigeration.
- Develop and implement EHS plans for new projects within the Line of Business (LOB).
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard analysis, managing the mitigation process.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans for projects.
- Report and investigate incidents to determine root causes and corrective actions.
- Conduct site safety inspections regularly.
- Maintain records on area-specific HSE audits, inspections, reports, certifications, permits, etc.
- Inspect subcontractor works to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure all employees, including subcontractors, have the required PPEs and are using them properly.
- Attend pre-job planning and other client meetings as required.
- Consult with the client to resolve unhealthy and unsafe issues faced by ASJC employees.

- Develop and deliver various safety-related reports.
- Conduct regular toolbox talks (TBTs) and training sessions for ASJC and subcontractor employees.
- Ensure all new arrivals are secured with respect to safety training and PPEs for both ASJC and subcontractor staff.
- Prepare and update HSE statistical tracking and trending data.
- Conduct HSE presentations and training sessions as required.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.3-5 years of experience in the same field.Experience in construction projects.Good knowledge and interest in the refrigeration industry.OSHA Certified.NIOSH Egypt Certified.Strong communication skills.
