Business Development Manager (Engineer - Construction Background)

  • Create development plans and growth projects.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Complete construction bids, monitor and manage bids activity, in coordination with Technical and tendering departments.
  • Build a construction proposals templates library that can be used by the entire sales department.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Prepare contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Attending conferences and events.

BSc in Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or relevant field.Proven working experience 10 – 12 years as a business development manager, Marketing executive or a relevant role.Proven strong background experience as Tendering, Site, Technical office engineer is preferable. Proven database record in Fit out projects, construction, industrial field.Experience in multi type of projects (Commercial, Residential, Concrete, … etc.)  . Ability to generate leads, build Pipelines, and sales forecasts.Good listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Excellent written and verbal English language skills.Market knowledge.Time management and planning skills.Ability to work effectively with senior management.Company location: Nasr City, Cairo
