• Planning Events and Seminars and overseeing their execution.
• Support in travel arrangements and hotel bookings in addition to all Admin and PR commitments.
• Maintain admin records and filing system.
• Issue all employees’ records and ID’s
• Be in control of all day-to-day management of tasks regarding the whole organization.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.• Minimum 2 years of experience with knowledge of Admin/PR and office managing operations.• Exceptional communication skills.• Good Presentation skills.• Fluent English is a MUST (Written & Spoken)/ French is a plus.
