An HR Generalist at Softxpert is a versatile role in the human resources field, responsible for a wide range of HR functions.
Recruitment:
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition operations
Personnel & Employee Relations:
- Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding and offboarding process
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Serving as a point of contact for employee concerns and questions.
- Facilitating conflict resolution and addressing workplace issues.
- Communicating HR policies to employees and handling disciplinary actions if needed
- Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Ensuring consistency in policy application.
Organization Development:
- Conduct assessments to identify organizational needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze data related to employee performance, engagement, and satisfaction to develop development initiatives.
Employee Engagement:
- Organizing employee events and recognition programs.
- Conducting employee surveys and feedback initiatives.
- Developing strategies to improve employee retention.
- Promoting work-life balance initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Responsible for the attendance/leaves system and assisting with payroll and benefits administration
- Managing benefits programs, including health insurance, and leave policies.
- Assisting employees with salary inquiries.
Training & Development:
- Identifying training needs and developing training programs.
- Coordinating and delivering employee training sessions.
- Supporting career development and succession planning.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
Others:
- Prepare HR reports metrics and presentations.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
