Media Buyer

- Develop and implement effective media buying strategies to achieve company objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and sales growth.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand target audiences, campaign goals, and product positioning to tailor advertisements accordingly.

- Conduct thorough market research to identify target industries and segments, ensuring that the media buying efforts align with our target audience.

- Utilize Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and other relevant platforms to create and manage advertising campaigns.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital ad campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve ROI.

- Proactively identify opportunities for campaign improvement, such as ad creative enhancements, audience targeting refinements, and budget allocation adjustments.

- Coordinate with external agencies or media partners, to enhance media buying capabilities and reach.

- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to key stakeholders, making recommendations for future improvements.


1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.2. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in media buying, preferably within a B2B context.3. Proven track record of successful media buying campaigns and achieving measurable results.4. Expertise in managing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and familiarity with Google Ads.5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.7. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.8. Familiarity with the chemical industry or related B2B sectors is a plus.
