OD Senior Specialist

· Creating organizational charts.
· Ensure the registration and updating of job positions in the company's system.
· Developing and updating job descriptions through job analysis to help articulate the most important job duties needed from an employee
· Design & develop HR forms used in policies.
· Developing company policies and procedures to have an internal control system
· Developing methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting
· Develop career path & succession plan programs.
· Developing and evaluating the annual performance evaluations, reporting, and feedback, while ensuring that employees work effectively to meet and exceed the business expectations
· Delivering effective induction programs to familiarize employees with the company’s culture, benefits, and policies
· Identifying training and development needs and creating the TNA through interviews with employees, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with unit managers
· Implementing, analyzing, reporting, and setting action plans of employee satisfaction survey results


· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration.· 5-7 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist and 3 years of specific experience in the organizational development field.· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point· Excellent command of English· Excellent Communication skills.· Previous experience in industrial environments or large companies is preferred.Location: Heliopolis & 10th of Ramadan City.
