- To manage the direct day-to-day operations to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, according to objectives set by the department.
- To work with internal and external teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedule for new and existing products.
- To communicate with 3PLs, other departments & governmental bodies to achieve mutual satisfaction.
- To negotiate pricing, drive improvements in supplier performance, and evaluate all possible sources of supply with the goal of minimizing costs and meeting budget constraints.
- To plan and track shipments.
- To prepare appropriate and accurate logistics reports for heads.
- To analyze and optimize logistical procedures.
- To maintain accurate logs of all transportation and goods.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related fieldMinimum 1:2 years of professional experience preferably in the Retail business.Knowledge of industry is a plus.Customer service mindsetAnalytical skills
