Senior Network Engineer is required to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. As a member of the IT team, the candidate is responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, and highly available network architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Designs and deploys functional networks such as LAN, WLAN, or WAN
• Performs network maintenance and system upgrades.
• Monitors performance and ensures system availability and reliability.
• Monitors system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
• Provides support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Works within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
• Selects and implements security tools, policies, and procedures with the security team.
• Keeps track of the Internet connectivity to be up and healthy.
• Manages and works on campus and data center networking projects, including routers, Switches, access points…etc.
• Administrates, configures and maintains CISCO DNA, ACI
• Administrator for CISCO call manager and the IP phones.
• Maintains and administrates different security integration.
• Design and creates policies, provisioning, and perform security requirements.
• Administrates and maintains Stealth watch with ISE and performs different Integrations.
• Provides professional Service & Technical support for Cisco Products.
• Prepares and participates in the appropriate documentation for the current assets, operation, and metadata.
• Adjusts and plans for the budget for the next year, managing prediction and calculation of CAPEX and OPEX to guarantee robust helpdesk and IT support service existence.

Bachelor's Degree (Computer related, or engineering)5 to 7 years of solid experienceITIL oriented or certified.Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS and Microsoft Office applications.Excellent command of the English language.Good technical, analytical skills and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work under pressure.Excellent customer service-related competency.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.Personal qualities of drive, energy, and enthusiasm are essential.Good IT technical, analytical skills, and problem-solving.CCNP R&S is a must.Expert knowledge of Cisco’s platforms, Wireless Controllers, and access points.Knowledge of Cisco LAN based on core/access architecture, ISE, ACI, and SD-Access is a plus.Deep understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP).Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, routers, switches, and controllers.Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics toolsCISCO call manager knowledge is a plus.
