HR Section Head - Talent Management & OD

  • Recruitment selection: 
    - Supporting all recruitment efforts through all grades, White and blue collars and attract suitable candidates fitting with company culture and business needs.
    - Oversee recruitment processes, including talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract and retain top-tier talent.
  • OD and Performance Metrics: 
    - Assist in restructuring the performance evaluation system and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), this will involve conducting JAs and JDs.
    - Create job design, job descriptions and the correct grading of jobs.
    - Formulate & update organizational charts.
    - Lead performance management initiatives, including employee evaluations, career development, and succession planning.
  • Training and Development: 
    - Help on overseeing employee training and development programs.
    - Consult with management and other leadership to identify appropriate learning and OD programs to support business goals.
  • Assisting in compensation and Benefits activities.
    - Contribute with all activities related with job evaluation processes and making a structured pay scheme, rewards and benefits programs to different company grades.

Proven working experience as HR section Head or other HR Executive role.People oriented and results driven.Advanced Excel, Dashboarding and Power BI Skills are highly preferable.Age: 30 years maximum.Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.Knowledge of HR systems and databases.Excellent using Microsoft office and Visio program.Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
