- Collect and analyze sales data from various sources (CRM, sales reports, etc.) to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain insightful reports, dashboards, and sales forecasts to communicate sales performance to management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set realistic and achievable sales targets and develop data-driven strategies to reach them.
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends, identify potential threats and opportunities, and benchmark your company's performance.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance against goals and identify areas where processes can be improved.
- Generate recommendations to optimize sales activities, increase market share, and maximize revenue generation.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in sales analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, etc.) and data visualization software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify insights from complex data sets.Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPower BI is a plusGood presentation skills
