Planning Director For Textile Manufacturer

  • Coordination with Manufacturers and Subcontractors: Coordinate and follow up with different manufacturers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Sample Development and Technical Pack Verification : Oversee the development of production samples to ensure they meet client specifications and Verify the technical pack with client.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare order charts, QC files, and other production-related documents to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
  • Daily Reporting: Provide daily updates to employers about the progress of various projects, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
  • Raw Material Allocation: Calculate the quantity of raw materials needed to produce the necessary fabrics and collaborate with the various dye houses to ensure fabric quality meets client standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of planners and coordinators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

 


A minimum of 7 years of experience in production planning within the textile manufacturing industry is a must.Proven experience in a leadership role with a track record of successfully managing complex planning processes in textile industry.Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of fabric production processes, garment printing, embroidery, and ready-made garment manufacturing.Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in planning and merchandising software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address potential bottlenecks proactively.Ability to read, write, and speak in English on intermediate level.Customer Focus: Ability to understand and meet client needs and expectations, with experience in handling client communications and feedback.
