As the Commercial Manager, you will primarily be based in Cairo, and you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's commercial strategy, as well as sales and business development efforts on a local, regional and global scale. Your key responsibilities will include:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth through the effective positioning and sale of our products.
- Build and lead the commercial team.
Sales and Business Development
- Identifying and cultivating new sales and business opportunities.
- Developing sales strategies and channels to expand the company's market presence.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Negotiating and closing deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Market Analysis
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape for informed decision-making.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new potential clients and growth areas and regions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with product development and customer success teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.
- Provide valuable insights to enhance product development based on market feedback.
You are a perfect fit if you have: ExperienceA proven track record of success in a senior commercial, sales or business development role.Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B (preferably software) positions.Reasonable knowledge of the agricultural industry, market dynamics, and customer needs with a keen eye for identifying untapped opportunities is a plus.
