Medical Representative

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales/Medical Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or medical representation, with a proven track record of success in promoting services, gathering data, and closing deals. This role is essential for driving our growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with doctors and medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote Services:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the medical field, including doctors, researchers, and academic institutions.
  • Present and explain our range of academic writing services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value we provide.

Data Collection:

  • Gather and analyze data on market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape within your district.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and emerging needs to refine marketing approaches.

Marketing Approach Improvement:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies based on collected data and client feedback.
  • Suggest and execute innovative marketing tactics to enhance visibility and attract new clients.

Deal Closure:

  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to finalizing contracts and agreements.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery, maintaining client satisfaction throughout.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide ongoing support and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market insights.
  • Keep accurate records of all client interactions, transactions, and feedback.

 


Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or medical representation, preferably within the academic or medical services sector.Strong understanding of the medical field and academic research processes is a plus.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
