Preparing journal entries for all accounting and business transactions using SAP FI and having the knowledge and experience using all T Codes related to SAP GL/AP/AR/AA sub modules.
• Preparation of Financial Statements in accordance with Egyptian Accounting Standards.
• Responsible for processing and reviewing all the daily accounting transactions.
• Reconcile the difference in the accounting balances with the monthly and yearend Trial Balance.
• Preparing special reports required by the company monthly (Bank reconciliations, aging payables, Fixed assets register, prepaid settlements, accrual positions …. etc.)
• Processing payments of due invoices to suppliers and contractors after reviewing and collecting necessary approvals and processing payments.
• Having the experience with all current tax regulations and related Tax dues.
• Preparing financials statements and Trial Balance and closing transactions and monthly journal entries using SAP FI.
• Working and assisting external auditor and fulfilling all needed requirements to issue the quarterly and yearend financial statements.
• Preparing and handling any other financial related tasks.
• Compare actual with a budget and determine the reason for the monthly variance
At least having 5 to 7 years of experience.At least having 5 years of experience in one of the big four audit firms, preferably (Ernst & Young) or KPMG. Holding IFRS Diploma or CMA Credentials is a must. Experience in ERP System, particularly SAP, is a must. Advanced MS Excel skills like statistical modeling, pivot tables, conditional formatting and advanced excel formulas. Strong data analysis and reporting skill
