Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.HR Certificate is a must.Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Proven track record of building and leading high-performing recruitment teams.Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and tools.Excellent communication, Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience in Retail or Manufacturing industries is preferred.
