Overview:

You will play a pivotal role in delivering our talent management strategy. Your responsibilities will extend beyond recruitment and encompass three key strategic goals: 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Help with hiring by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist new hires with paperwork and orientation.

Employee Records:

  • Keep employee records updated, both physical and electronic.
  • Process changes like promotions and terminations.

Benefits Administration:

  • Support employees with benefits questions and navigate benefit programs.
  • Help manage health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.

HRIS Management:

  • Enter and update employee data in the HR system.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR metrics.

Compliance:

  • Stay informed on labor laws for compliance.
  • Assist in preparing reports for regulatory agencies.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee questions and basic issues.
  • Escalate complex matters to HR management.

Training and Development:

  • Coordinate training sessions and events.
  • Assist in developing and implementing training programs.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general admin support to the HR department.

Qualifications:Excellent spoken and written English communication skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in MS Office and HRIS.Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.If you're excited about bringing these qualities to our team, we're excited to hear from you!
