Social Media Moderator

  • Monitor social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to ensure compliance with community guidelines and brand policies.
  • Respond promptly to user inquiries, comments, and messages with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Moderate user-generated content and ensure it meets quality and brand standards.
  • Identify and report trends and insights derived from social media interactions and analytics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new platforms, and best practices in social media.
  • Assist in the creation of social media content, including but not limited to reels, stories, and live sessions.
  • Monitor competitors' social media presence and activities.

1 to 3 years of experience as a social media moderator or similar role.Solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).lives nearby Heliopolis
