Senior Electromechanical Engineer

An Electromechanical Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electromechanical systems and components. This role involves working on both electrical and mechanical aspects of a system to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency. The engineer will collaborate with various departments to support facility and premises management in a contact center environment.

 


 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.  Experience: At least 5 years of experience in electromechanical engineering or a related field. Skills:Strong technical knowledge of electromechanical systems.Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.Roles and Responsibilities:Design and Development:Design and develop electromechanical systems and components.Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications using CAD software.Perform simulations and testing to validate designs.Maintenance and Troubleshooting:Oversee the maintenance and repair of electromechanical systems in the contact center.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electromechanical systems.Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.Project Management:Manage projects related to the installation and upgrade of electromechanical systems.Coordinate with other engineers, contractors, and departments to ensure project success.Monitor project timelines and budgets.Technical Support:Provide technical support and expertise to facility managers and maintenance staff.Train staff on the operation and maintenance of electromechanical systems.Prepare technical reports and documentation.
