Basic tasks:
• Providing prototypes for new products and conducting trials for them.
• Preparing technical documentation for new products and preparing catalogs and user guides.
• Communicating with suppliers regarding the components of production development abroad and inside Egypt and determining the required specifications and quantities.
• Product development in cooperation with the engineering department (function, components and performance).
• Coordinating with suppliers after contracting, setting the arrival date, and following up with them until the equipment arrives at the factory.
• Laboratory tasks:
• Conduct tests on equipment samples by experimenting and running samples.
• Recording the results of sample tests on paper and on the computer.
• Recording the results of Quality Control tests and preparing a report on the sample results
• Preparing the laboratory’s paper system for laboratory accreditation.
• Performing calibrations of laboratory equipment to ensure the correctness of laboratory equipment.
• Tasks of the production department:
• Supervising technicians in terms of (connections - installations) for electricity and gas
• Carrying out purchase orders and exchange vouchers.
• Design electrical circuits for connecting equipment based on those designs.
• Testing and operating products that need to be tested before sending them to work on site.
• Maintaining the factory machines, repairing faults, recording faults, and regular maintenance on their models.
•Make purchase orders for factory machinery spare parts.
