• Organize tasks and distribute them among the creative team, ensuring timely delivery by the set deadlines.
• Receive plans from the marketer and assign tasks to the creative team using Asana.
• Supervise the task shooting process and provide necessary decorations for the photographer.
• Review and evaluate completed tasks after shooting, then deliver them to the marketer.
• Initiate the publication of videos on social media platforms.
• Oversee all social media accounts of the company.
• Monitor the moderation team to ensure timely and appropriate responses to clients.
• Organize, arrange, and code videos on a drive sheet for easy retrieval.
• Manage a monthly financial allowance from the company for purchasing necessary items.

Experience:Proven experience in task management and team coordination.Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.Previous experience in social media management and content publishing.Skills:Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and marketers.Ability to supervise and provide feedback on creative tasks.Proficient in using social media platforms and understanding of their dynamics.Basic knowledge of video production and photography.Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with Google Sheets, Asana or other required tools.Basic financial management skills for handling company allowances.Personal Attributes:Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and accuracy.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Creative mindset with the ability to provide innovative solutions.Strong leadership qualities to manage and motivate the creative and moderation teams.Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Language:Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.Availability:Full-time availability with flexibility for urgent tasks as needed.Additional NotesThis role is based at our office in Zahraa Maadi.You will be reporting to the Marketing Manager and working closely with the creative team and social media moderators.
