Responsibilities:
* Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential hires.
- Conduct initial screenings and assess candidate fit.
* Candidate Assessment:
- Conduct thorough interviews, both in-person and virtually.
- Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Administer relevant assessments or tests as needed.
- Check references and verify qualifications.
* Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
- Promote our employer brand through compelling job descriptions and engaging communication.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback to applicants.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed at each stage.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics.
* Onboarding and Integration:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Facilitate orientation sessions.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Location: San Stefano, Alexandria.
- Fulltime Job from office.
- 2 Days off (Friday & Saturday).

-Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- HR Diploma is a plus.- Minimum of 4 years in recruitment and talent acquisition.- Familiarity with Recruitment Websites like (Wuzzuf).- Excellent in English writing & speaking.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Strong organizational skills.- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
