- Develop a seasonal plan for the different crops that includes all production inputs and expected productivity and attached to a budget.
- Receiving the plans of all departments of the administration and following up the regularity of the performance of the work of all sections in the administration and receiving technical and administrative reports from them.
- Developing the agricultural program to provide solutions to problems, save costs and raise quality
- Preparing the required purchase requests from all departments.
- Handing over the required operating requests to the Operations and following up on implementation.
- Commitment to implement procedures and quality instructions.
- Training and development of the work team and the development of the recruitment plan.
Submit a monthly report to the farm manager.
