Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our dynamic team at New Star. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources with a proven track record of managing various HR functions effectively. The Senior HR Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and more. This role requires exceptional communication skills, leadership abilities.

The ideal candidate should be good at communicating, managing time, resolving conflicts, being creative, staying positive, and acting with integrity.


Responsibilities/ Duties: Perform full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing and extending job offers to potential candidates.Coordinate and facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.Handling, implement the onboarding to ensure the proper awareness of the company and tasks.Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions.Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly.Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven work experience from 3-5 years as a senior or HR Specialist or HR Generalist.Very Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).Ability to work both independently.Good problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and people skills.
