Role Description
- Responsible for maintaining all export, and shipping documentation and monitoring that accurate information is recorded.
- Dispatching orders and coordinating delivery.
- Prepare and handle all export shipping documentation related to daily shipment (shipping declarations, drafts, etc.)
- Following up with shipping lines & freight forwarders for document issuance.
- Review issued shipping documents according to LC requirements or customer’s advice.
- Follow up shipments & daily orders.
- Monitor and coordinate with customers, shipping lines, and global offices on shipments.
- Handles delayed delivery.
- Full Up export receivables with banks and customers.
- Handling customers if needed assisting with the sales department.
- Record, manage & file shipments.
- Issue analytical reports for Logistics cost and export sales
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field3-5 years of experienceCommunication and Customer Service skillsmanager and leading skills Analytical Skills and Supply Chain Management knowledgeExperience in export and import operationsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsProficiency in logistics management software and toolsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesKnowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedureswork perfectly in a team
