- Greet clients and make them feel comfortable and answer any questions by assisting clients in finding their way around the office to monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
- Answer phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to handle queries and complaints to provide solutions to their problems if possible and/ or direct necessary phone calls to staff.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
- Manage office inventory such as stationery and restock whenever needed.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room availability, reservation, and preparation.
- Send an Email to all employees to inform them of certain general related matters as requested and request the Nile City towers access card for new employees.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate employee and office.
- Update internal phone data basis and assist employees with administrative tasks.
- Receive postal, documents, and hand it to the responsible employee.
