- Study company products
- Get acquainted to present company profile and company presentations to clients.
- Study projects specification and get involved in project selection and write quotations under supervision of tender specialist
- Write compliance sheets under the supervision of tender specialist
- Go for meetings with the account manager
- Study contracts and PO
- Assist in performing the full cycle of quotation, submittal, PO release, PO delivery, payment with client and company procedures
- Provide support to Account manager
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Submit meeting forms
- Attend all company trainings and be prepared with questions especially manufacturers presentations
