- Properly documented all orders, create AWB's and released for pick-up.
- Scheduling pick up with the different shippers, resolve shipping issues.
- Processing and tracking order, returns, and refunds.
- Follow-up with the CRM department on the order confirmation cycle.
- Daily follow-up with the warehouse team on finalizing the orders preparing process.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Statistics, Marketing or related field.+2 years of experience in e-commerce platforms and content management systems, such as WooCommerce or Shopify.Very good in English and communication skills.
