- Design, develop and implement a strategic business plan according to the market requirement to expands company’s customer base and ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Submit realistic forecasts reports for the sales, revenue and expenses to the management team
• Provide the recommendations to the management to open new productions lines for the required products & not available
• Explore industrial and governmental sectors to register the company products and grow the customer database.
• Communicate & maintaining existing clients, build strong relationships with customers, searching for new customer and understanding their needs and explore new opportunities.
• Perform Site visits to collect data about the client requirements and pass them to the proposal dept.
• Providing the recommendations for the advertising tools required for introduce the company and clarified the capabilities.
• Estimate and foresee the market demand for the company products to arrange with supply chain and stock.
• Negotiate prices and commercial terms with clients.
• Evaluate the competition in the market for each activity to know and develop points of strength and weakness in the company prices to increase chances of winning.
Job Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree.• Experience as sales or business development engineer in the field of water /wastewater treatment products with experience (8-10 years) with proven track record.•● Excellent communication and people skills• Has relationships with the organization & companies which working in the field water/waste water plants• MS Excel and MS PowerPoint proficiency with proper reporting and presenting capabilities.• Eager to learn and develop self-tools and skills.
