Senior Student Affairs Specialist

• Set up and update registration and graduation batches lists.
• Make statistical lists to senior management (students on hold, registration statistics, etc.…).

• Prepare graduation lists in coordination with the responsible parties.

• Implement the entry/enrollment criteria. 

• Verify all the Admission data. 

• Register courses for all students. 

• Keep a permanent record of grades and marks. 

• Collect students' class schedule data, create reports for regulatory filings, and oversee the proper management of student files. 

• Correspond with applicants and evaluating their credentials 

• Keep student information confidential and secure. 

• Participate in student service committees and initiatives. 

• Operate all admission requirements on the software system of the company. 

• Issue students’ certificates, transcripts and enrollment letters. 

• Process the change of major requests. 

• Implement course substitution, drop/ add and repeat requests for the students. 

• Conduct transfer of credits for students. 

• Enforce holds on the student for admission or financial purposes. 

• Implement and enforce the business school academic regulations and policies. 

• Process students’ withdrawals from courses. 

• Analyze all data collected or entered for taking further proper actions Extract insights. 

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

• Keep and update all the business schools and universities students’ records according to their registration with new grades, attendance, and finances.

 • Monitor and responsible for the coordination, evaluation and certification of all graduation applications while overseeing the complete graduation process. 

• Oversee the student admissions and graduation process. 

• Ensure all educational journey is carried on smoothly, workably, structurally, and timely.

• Organize and administer the records, registration and graduation functions. 

• Update students’ records after receiving the grades periodically. 

• Arrange grades and changes as reported by the business schools.

• Able to develop on the go and has the willing to learn additional knowledge within the business area. 

• Be committed to any occasional workshops or priorly scheduled trainings.

Data Management Procedures.Proven experience for at least 3 years in registration field, preferably in an educational institution, universities or training center.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business administration, education, or a relateddiscipline).ISTJ, observer and self-motivated individual with a results-driven mindset. Details- oriented with ability to maintain accurate records and reports. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Must be confident organized, flexible and quick adaptable with customer service skills and believe in cross-culture and collaboration.Strong oral and written communication skills /Experience of managing more than one task / Accurate data entry skills through attention to detail.Ability to work efficiently, effectively, independently as well as collaboratively.Proficient in using CRM systems, Database Software, Operational Smart Systems and Microsoft Office.Attention to detail, Critical-thinking and analytical skills, Problem-solving abilities, focuson quality while working in a high-volume environment.
