To implement in-store marketing activity and outdoor marketing activity to increase sales
To provide result-oriented advertising and marketing activities designed to meet customer needs. To achieve sustainable business growth through market intelligence, creativity, and strategic vision, and to build an organization that attracts, develops, and retains outstanding people.
Plan and allocate responsibilities concerning Events, Activations, and other BTL
•Maintaining the relationship with the BTL companies.
•Plan & manage the periodic Ground Activation & Promotions.
•Control events including preparation and performing Events & Exhibitions
•Planning and executing all BTL activities - Events (roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars), promotions (pamphlets, handbills, brochures) and brand/service placement.
•Planning and innovating new marketing initiatives regularly to create brand recall
and awareness.
•Responsible for setting up a strong network of vendors / Agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective regions.
•Mystery Market visits to check and audits (quantitative & qualitative)
•Define key guidelines for each project/ campaign and check for adhere
Experience in a similar roleBachelor's degree in marketing, business development, or similar.3-5 years of experience as a BTL Senior Production.Ability to develop strong customer relations and feedback channels.Good understanding of market researchMS Office & presentation skillsExcellent communication and people skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesCreativity and commercial awareness
