Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Visualiser Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations for interior, exterior, and landscape projects. This role requires a keen eye for design, strong technical skills, and the ability to bring concepts to life through compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models for interior, exterior, and landscape projects using industry-standard software.
• Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations that effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and other team members to understand project requirements and develop visual solutions that meet these needs.
• Ensure that all visualizations are accurate, aesthetically pleasing, and align with the project’s goals and specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in 3D modeling and rendering.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality visuals.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed to discuss design concepts and revisions.
• Provide creative input during the design process to enhance the overall visual impact of projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in 3D modeling and rendering for interior, exterior, and landscape projects.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of architectural and design principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant experience and high-quality visualizations.
