• Oversee the operation and maintenance of cleanroom HVAC systems, ensuring precise temperature, humidity, and cleanliness control.
• Manage gas distribution systems, ensuring the availability and proper functioning of required gases within the cleanroom environment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot exhaust systems to ensure efficient removal of contaminants from the cleanroom space.
• Monitor and optimize deionized water systems to meet the stringent purity requirements of cleanroom processes.
• Coordinate with external vendors for the maintenance and calibration of external vacuum pumps and scrubbers.
• Operate and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) to monitor and control cleanroom environmental conditions and utility systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities on all cleanroom utilities to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the cleanroom engineering team to implement upgrades or modifications to enhance system performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements for all utility systems.
• Troubleshoot and address operational issues promptly, minimizing disruptions to cleanroom activities.
• Document and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and system performance.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.Proficiency in MS Office suite.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in cleanroom operations, with a focus on HVAC and utility systems, for at least 3 years.In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, gas systems, exhaust systems, deionized water systems, BMS, and related utilities.Experience with external vacuum pumps, scrubbers, and coordination with vendors for their maintenance.Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve issues with utility systems.Familiarity with cleanroom safety protocols, regulations, and industry best practices.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for managing maintenance schedules and records.Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams. DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS:Deadline for application: Sunday, 18th Aug 2024 (Midnight Cairo Time).
