We Streamline Advertising Company seeking a detail-oriented and experienced (Finance Manager) to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and procedures.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate and lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team.
Job Requirements:-- Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance - Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.- Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is preferable
