Senior Talent Acquisition and OD

  • Develop and update job descriptions.
  • Participate in development and update of organization policies and procedures.
  • Update manpower plan on a monthly basis.
  • Identify the company’s hiring needs.
  • Manage the internal & external recruitment process of blue and white collars.
  • Conduct recruitment process; review and evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Maintain eligible applicant pool and refer candidates to hiring departments.
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
  • Organize new employee orientation, on-boarding and induction training programs.
  • Work in conjunction with the line managers to ensure an adequate understanding of their needs and the requirements and expectations of the required caliber.
  • Follow up with the line manager regarding the performance of newly hired employees during the probation period and take necessary actions when needed.
  • Take part in assessing internal employees for allocation when needed.
  • Conduct exit interviews and update related reports accordingly and Updating all required reports daily.
  • Take part in assessing the effectiveness of recruitment websites, sources and staying up to date with the latest trends in the market (Suggesting creative ideas to reach out to calibers are always welcomed).
  • Take part in following up with recruitment agencies as well as keeping a record of successful calibers provided.


 

 


Bachelor’s degree of Business or Administration or any related fieldExperience from 4-6 years preferably in Talent Acquisition #constructionindustryMust have experience in construction fieldCan deal with Microsoft VisioProficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).Skilled in negotiation, time management and communicationExcellent command of EnglishCBI experience and online assessment exposure are a must.
