  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems
  • Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software
  • Run diagnose program to resolve problems to head office and branches
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Resolve technical problems with local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and other systems
  • Install computer peripherals for users
  • Follow up with employees to ensure issue has been resolved
  • Manage CCTV system
  • Manage documents and files
  • Reporting to IT Manager

 


2 years experience in the same fieldvery good communication, problem solving, analytical and decision making skillsGood understanding of computer system, mobile devices and other tech productsMCSE, CCNA certificates are preferredFlexible working with Microsoft office appsBasic knowledge of SQL, CAM and Fingerprint systems
