Assistant Recruitment Manager

Assistant Recruitment Managers are the responsible for developing teams of assigned Recruitment Assistants and Recruiters in order to meet and exceed performance targets and expectations, quality by providing them guidance, coaching, support and motivation on a day-to-day basis. Assistant Recruitment Managers are responsible for teams’ success and continuous improvement ensuring the accomplishment of the internal objectives.
