About the Role:

- Ensure customer satisfaction and positive experiences in the travel industry.
- Engage with customers across social media, email, and phone.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and support throughout their travel journey.
- Moderate online travel communities and forums, fostering a positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide travel assistance (bookings, itineraries, advisories) through various channels.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and empathetically, maintaining high satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (operations, marketing, product development) for feedback and service improvement.
- Monitor and moderate online communities, ensuring adherence to guidelines and facilitating constructive discussions.
- Offer proactive support and travel tips to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate on strategies to improve customer experience and drive loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and destinations.
- Generate reports and analyze feedback for improvement and excellence identification.


- Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong customer focus.- Empathy and patience for inquiries and complaints.- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.- Strong problem-solving skills with critical and creative thinking.- Community moderation and engagement experience (preferred).- Passion for travel with deep understanding of products, services, and destinations.- Flexibility for extra hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) to meet customer needs.- Must live in New Cairo.- A university degree is required.
