Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Project Scheduling: Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders promptly and clearly.
- Resource Planning: Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Project Coordination: Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Risk Management: Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all project deliverables are up to quality standards and meet customer expectations.
- Team Management: Manage project team members and resources following the project plan.
- Project Evaluation: Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.Experience: Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the information technology sector, ideally in a consulting or software development environment.Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
