To maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a new Human Resources - People Operations Supervisor:

 

Job purpose:

Leading a team overseeing HR operations, focusing on employee relations, benefits, transactions, data, and reporting. Responsibilities include team leadership, onboarding/offboarding management, SAP oversight, policy compliance, data-driven decision-making, and backup support.

 

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Lead and Mentor: Guide a team of 2 HR professionals, overseeing their roles, responsibilities, and performance to ensure optimal productivity and growth.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, striving for a seamless and positive experience that aligns with our company culture and values. Foster a mindset of continuous improvement to enhance the onboarding process.
  • Offboarding Management: Oversee the offboarding process, ensuring a respectful and smooth transition for departing employees. This includes exit interviews, final pay processing, and revocation of company access.
  • SAP System Management: Handle all employee actions within the SAP system, encompassing a range of activities such as hiring, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • Policy Compliance and Improvement: Ensure strict adherence to all HR policies and procedures. Provide insightful advice to management on necessary updates or changes to maintain legal compliance and meet organizational needs.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Generate comprehensive reports and provide in-depth analysis on HR metrics. Use these insights to assist in strategic decision-making, driving the company’s success and growth.
  • May perform extra duties & backups as assigned by the company.

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications:5 - 7 years’ experience within a People Operations function.Bachelor’s degree in any major.Proven experience using HRIS, and labor law is a must.Excellent English level is a must. Join our dynamic team as a People Operations Supervisor and contribute to our FinTech mission of releasing cutting-edge financial products into the market.
