Position Overview: We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR to handle recruitment, internal regulations, personnel management, attendance systems, and payroll. This role is vital for our company's smooth operation and growth in the carpet care industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Regulations:
- Enforce company policies and support employees on HR matters.
- Stay updated on labor laws and ensure compliance.
Personnel Management:
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle personnel issues.
Recruitment:
- Lead hiring for both white and blue-collar positions in our industry.
- Use HR software to streamline the hiring process and ensure compliance.
Attendance System:
- Oversee attendance tracking and address any issues promptly.
Payroll:
- Manage payroll processes and collaborate with finance.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR roles.Proficiency in HR software and knowledge of labor laws.
